How many feet does the lake go up or down based on the percentage of its capacity at full pond? In other words, if we are at 97 and it goes to 98, and measures at 12 feet at 97, how many feet would it rise by 1 more? Answer: Full pond is considered 100. If it drops four feet then we are at 96.
